Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

1. Who we are and scope

Cerinne Inc., a Massachusetts corporation, operates Real Life G.P.S. at cerinne.com. This policy describes information handled when you visit the website, register, use guidance and audio features, purchase services, or contact us. It covers Cerinne’s practices, not independent websites or services you choose to visit.

Questions and requests may be sent to support@cerinne.com.

2. Account and contact information

Email/password registration and Google sign-in are offered. Account information includes your email address, account identifiers, registration and sign-in information, and profile or preference information you provide. Google sign-in can supply basic identity information such as your email, name, and profile picture, depending on what Google makes available. Authentication is provided through our hosting platform and the configured Google sign-in service.

Optional About Me information includes age range, gender and self-description, relationship status, life stage, caregiver status and free-form notes. We also handle support requests, feedback and experience-sharing submissions. Experience-sharing records include display name, optional location, topic, review text and publication permission; approved reviews may be displayed publicly with the submitted display name and optional location. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in messages to support.

3. Your content and service records

The application handles the questions, situations, chat messages, uploaded attachments, and other details you submit, along with generated responses, plans, saved situations, check-ins, and audio briefs. Some content is saved to your account and some is kept in your browser. Depending on the feature, content and generated results may be synchronized between your browser and cloud storage. Cloud-saved history and browser caches are distinct. Uploaded files may be processed into text for a request; this does not mean the original file is retained in every feature or included in an account export.

Usage and service records include allowance consumption, voice-session duration, feature activity, subscription status, billing references, and payment records. Technical processing may also produce operational logs and error records. Certain AI text-repair records retain original generated text. Avoid entering information about yourself or others that is not needed for the guidance you request.

4. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide and save guidance, process attachments, generate audio, synchronize history, enforce plan allowances, manage subscriptions, confirm payments, respond to support requests, and operate and troubleshoot the service. Security and access controls use account and service information to restrict requests and protect account-specific records.

Consent-based website analytics helps measure public-page visits, successful registration, and confirmed purchases, as described in the analytics section below.

5. AI and speech processing

Real Life G.P.S. uses external AI and speech services to process information needed for the feature you request. This can include your current question, relevant conversation history, submitted attachments, selected saved content, and text to be read aloud. AI text processing uses platform-managed services with configured OpenAI and Google models. Direct Gemini Live is used for configured live-voice conversations; speech paths include OpenAI speech and Google Cloud speech. Perplexity is configured for certain verification requests. The enabled feature determines which provider receives relevant content. Device speech or dictation may also be handled by your browser or operating system.

Information needed for these requests leaves your browser or Cerinne’s application systems and is processed by the relevant service. Each provider’s retention periods, training practices, processing locations and safeguards are governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. We therefore do not promise that providers never retain information or never use it for training.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Sharing a sensitive situation with the service is not the same as communicating with a licensed professional and does not create professional confidentiality or privilege.

6. Payments and service providers

Stripe processes subscription and Top-Up payments and provides billing-management screens. Payment details are entered through Stripe checkout. Cerinne receives payment and subscription references, status, selected prices, and related billing information needed to manage access; the application payment flow does not store full card numbers.

Hosting, authentication, database and storage services, AI and speech providers, Stripe, and Google Analytics process information in connection with their functions. Applicable laws may also require disclosure to authorities. We share information with these service providers as needed to operate the service; we do not make an absolute promise that information is never shared.

7. Cookies, browser storage and Google Analytics

The application uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, preferences, cached or saved content, and service state. These functions are separate from optional Google Analytics. Signing out does not itself delete your cloud account or saved data. Account-bound cache cleanup helps reduce shared-browser exposure, but you should still use your own browser profile when handling sensitive content.

Google Analytics runs only after you accept analytics, on designated public pages, with authentication-resolution and owner-exclusion protections. Private account pages are not tracked by this analytics path. Public-page addresses are normalized to avoid sending query strings or fragments.

The analytics path also reports sign_up and purchase events. Purchase reporting uses confirmed live payment records, excludes sandbox payments, and includes a Stripe transaction reference for deduplication, plan/item information, currency and price. It does not send customer names, email addresses, Cerinne account IDs, submitted questions, or chat content. Google receives browser/device and network information when its service is contacted; a transaction reference is not an anonymous aggregate.

You may decline or withdraw analytics through the analytics-choice controls. Declining stops the application’s Google Analytics tracking and removes its analytics cookies from this browser. Consent and exclusion choices are browser-specific. An owner-device exclusion marker stores only a timestamp and expires after 30 days. Google’s own retention and any advertising features are governed by Google’s terms and our analytics configuration.

8. Retention and deletion

Different records have different retention needs. Account content, billing records, operational records, support requests, provider logs and backups may be kept for different periods. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal, billing, security and dispute obligations, and enforce our agreements. We do not promise a fixed deletion deadline or that backups and third-party copies are erased immediately.

The account-deletion control initiates a request and directs you to support; it does not by itself instantly erase the account and every related record. To request account deletion, contact support@cerinne.com. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting, and certain billing, security or legal records may be retained where required. Separate saved-chat deletion controls do not constitute an account-deletion request or erase every associated operational record. Deleting browser storage does not by itself erase cloud or provider records. Published reviews and billing or operational records may require separate handling.

9. Your choices and requests

Account settings offer certain profile, password and communication-preference controls. An account export is available for selected records; it is not guaranteed to include every record, attachment, provider log or payment record. You can request help accessing, correcting or deleting information at support@cerinne.com. Requests may require account verification to protect customer information.

Privacy rights and response obligations depend on where you live and which laws apply. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to or restrict processing, request portability, appeal a decision, or complain to a regulator. This policy does not limit rights granted by applicable law.

10. Age eligibility and children's privacy

Real Life G.P.S. is intended for adults ages 18 and older. We do not knowingly offer the service to individuals under 18. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may take steps to restrict access and review the associated personal information for deletion, subject to applicable law.

11. Security and international processing

The application includes authenticated access checks, account-scoped data controls and server-side enforcement for sensitive operations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not promise absolute security or that no authorized operator or service provider can access information.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed where our providers operate, subject to their terms and applicable law.

12. Policy updates and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For privacy questions, contact support@cerinne.com.
