1. About these terms
Cerinne, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation, provides Real Life G.P.S. through cerinne.com. These terms govern your use of the website, accounts, guidance, audio and paid services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Real Life G.P.S. By creating an account or using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
You may register with email/password or sign in with Google through the existing sign-in system. Use an account you are authorized to access, provide accurate registration information, and protect your sign-in credentials. Notify support@cerinne.com if you suspect unauthorized account use.
3. Guidance, not professional or emergency care
Real Life G.P.S. offers AI-assisted reflection, guidance, perspective and strategy. Responses may be mistaken, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for evaluating the information and making decisions.
The service is not medical or mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, emergency care, or a substitute for a qualified professional. It does not create a clinician-patient, attorney-client or other professional relationship. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call 911 for emergencies or call/text 988 for crisis support.
4. Your submissions and acceptable use
Submit only content you are authorized to provide. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or other people. The service processes submissions and relevant history to generate guidance and may save content and results to your account or browser.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give Cerinne permission to process, store and display your submissions and generated results as needed to operate and provide the service to you. AI-generated output may not be exclusive to you and may be similar to output provided to others.
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, impersonate another person, access accounts without authorization, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security or usage limits.
5. Seven-day free trial
New registrations currently start a seven-day free trial without requiring a payment card. The trial includes up to five Full G.P.S. Responses and is subject to the service’s existing usage limits. Full G.P.S. trial access ends when the seven-day window expires or those five responses are used, whichever occurs first. Using all five responses does not necessarily end other time-limited trial features; each feature remains subject to its own existing eligibility and limits. Registration does not automatically create a paid subscription or charge a card.
To continue with a paid plan, choose a subscription and complete payment. Available features and remaining allowances are shown in the application.
6. Silver, Gold and annual billing
Current subscription prices are Silver at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, and Gold at $14.99 per month or $149.99 per year, in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Annual subscriptions are billed for the year upfront; they are not monthly installment plans.
Silver currently includes 25 Full G.P.S. Responses and 500 Quick AI Answers per monthly allowance window. Gold includes 75 Full G.P.S. Responses and 1,500 Quick AI Answers per monthly allowance window. Annual billing does not turn these into a single annual allowance. Other feature limits and eligibility remain as displayed in the service.
Paid subscriptions use recurring billing through Stripe. The chosen monthly or annual amount is charged for successive billing periods unless canceled.
7. Full G.P.S. Response Top-Ups
Eligible Silver and Gold members may buy a one-time Full G.P.S. Response Top-Up: $4.99 for 10 additional responses, plus applicable tax. Top-Up credits carry over until used, as described by the current service. They supplement response allowances and are not a recurring subscription.
Stored Top-Up credits do not independently grant service access. When paid membership ends, the balance is retained, but using those credits still requires an eligible paid membership. Top-Up credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
8. Payment confirmation, cancellation and refunds
Stripe processes payments. Membership access is based on verified subscription status, not a checkout-page visit alone or necessarily a newly successful charge. Existing access-granting statuses include active, trialing and past_due; past_due may retain access while payment retries occur. Top-Up credits require confirmed paid checkout. Payment failure or a canceled checkout does not by itself establish a successful purchase.
You may cancel your Real Life G.P.S. Silver or Gold subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and your paid access generally continues through the end of the current monthly or annual billing period. Cancellation is separate from requesting a refund and does not itself delete your account. Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable, and Cerinne does not routinely provide prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.
However, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you experience billing errors, technical difficulties, inability to access paid features, or significant dissatisfaction with the service, you may request a refund by emailing support@cerinne.com. We review refund requests individually, considering the nature of the issue, the circumstances of the purchase, the customer’s experience, and any attempts to resolve the problem. Depending on the circumstances, Cerinne may provide a full refund, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution. Full G.P.S. Response Top-Up purchases are generally nonrefundable, but billing errors and service problems may qualify for review. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other consumer rights required by applicable law. See the separate Refund Policy for details.
9. Availability, limits and saved content
Features depend on account status, usage limits, external providers and technical availability. AI or speech generation can fail or be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, guaranteed results, permanent storage, or recovery of every saved item.
Some records can be exported through current account tools, but the export is not guaranteed to include all data. The account-deletion action initiates a support request rather than immediately removing your account. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains account information, submitted content, AI processing, optional analytics, retention and deletion. The existing consent and privacy controls are unchanged by these terms.
11. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
